A part is not one document. It is a datasheet, a footprint, a 3D model, a certificate, a compliance declaration, an errata sheet, a change notice and an advisory — scattered across a manufacturer site, a distributor page and a forum thread. All of it is held here for every line in your bill of materials, and the numbers inside are pulled out into fields a check can actually read.
